The Summerhouse is a mid-terrace house situated in the village of Y Felinheli just three miles from Bangor in North Wales. The house can sleep five people in two king-size double bedrooms, one with en-suite, and one single together with a family shower room. Also in the house is open plan living accommodation with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking and communal lawns with furniture. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. First floor open plan living accommodation with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with balcony.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview and TalkTalk TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking in bays outside the property on first come, first served basis. Glass and wooden decked balcony with table and chairs off sitting room. Communal lawns and gardens to the front and rear. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Due to the height of the decked area, children should be supervised at all times. Note: Set over three floors with a spiral staircase linking the first and second floor, children to be supervised and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
